Aisha Jamila hinds is a known American actress. She is known for her roles in the shows on television like The Shield, and True Blood. Since her 2003 debut she has proven her range in acting giving outstanding performances in television shows like 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7 as well as Under the Dome. It was initially noticed because of her performance as Anna in the 2005 film Assault on Precinct 13. However it was her performance in the role of women's rights activist Fannie Lou Hamer from the documentary film All the Way that finally brought her recognition as an actress. The father Krishnaraj was a Army scientist who died March 18, 2017. Her mother Vrinda is a homemaker. Aditya Rai, the older brother, is a merchant marine engineer. Akhila Rai, Bachchan's elder brother, coproduced and cowrote Dil Ka Rishta along with their mother. The actress attended Arya Vidya Mandir High School located in Mumbai where her family had moved to. She finished her secondary education with Jai Hind College for a year before enrolling at D.G. Ruparel College Matunga, where she was able to score a 90 percentile for her H.S.C. exams. The student spent the majority in adolescence studying the classical music and dance. Biology was one of her most loved subjects. Bachchan was a student of architecture at the time when she was elected Miss World in 1994. She was ushered into modeling's top echelon by the title.
